The biggest barriers facing children and families aren’t isolated problems; they’re the result of systems that were never designed to work together. My work is about helping leaders change that. I partner with public agencies, philanthropy, and communities to align strategy across sectors, build trust among diverse stakeholders, and turn complex challenges into coordinated action that improves outcomes for children and families. With a background spanning early childhood, education, workforce development, and community well-being, I specialize in helping leaders navigate complexity with clarity. I combine strategy, facilitation, leadership development, and equity-centered design to help organizations move beyond planning and into implementation. The work that energizes me most is creating conditions for people to make better decisions together because that’s how lasting change happens.

My dream project unites education, health, and social service systems around a common goal: dismantling the structural barriers that trap families in multigenerational poverty. Grounded in community partnership and data, it would target root causes, not just symptoms, to help families reach economic mobility and communities flourish.

Purposeful, Compassionate, Strategic

I’m especially proud of the body of work I led in California, spanning the state’s Preschool Development Grants, the Master Plan for Early Learning and Care, and facilitating the state’s Early Childhood Policy Council. The work brought together leaders across sectors to build a more coordinated, equitable approach to supporting families, laying the foundation for improvements in access, workforce development, governance, and investment. It’s the kind of systems-level change that outlasts any single initiative, and knowing it continues to shape outcomes for California’s children, families, and providers today is what makes it meaningful.
